Credits

You can request a credit on an item if it is faulty or short supplied, within 30 days of being dispatched.

Please email your request to credits@willislane.com.au. The following must be included for your credit to be assessed:

• Business Name
• Invoice number
• Item number
• Photos of broken items
• Brief description of fault or issue

Please note that if this information is missing there may be a delay in assessing your credit.

The item MUST be unused, with the original tags attached and in original packaging. Willis Lane by Flower World will assess the credit if your item does not meet these requirements.

Willis Lane by Flower World will contact you within 10 business days of receiving the credit request.
